OUR POLICY

Introduction

Dapper Knight provides 14 days exchange or return policy which allows customers to cancel their contract within 14 days of receipt of the items. This constitutes the consumer rights governed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations in the United Kingdom. In order to ensure a smooth exchange or return process, please kindly adopt the following procedures carefully.

Instructions

If you have decided to exchange or return your purchase within the grace period of 14 days from the date of goods receipt, you are required to notify us via email at service@dknightofficial.com immediately. You may choose to download and fill up the exchange & return form before sending it back to us. Alternatively, you may choose to drop us an email by including the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Reason for exchange or return
  3. Date of goods receipt

After you have sent the email, you are given 14 days to return the items back to us by postage. Please be informed that you need to adhere to the following requirements.

  1. Use registered postage as Dapper Knight will not be liable for any lost mails during the exchange process
  2. Delivery charges will be borne fully by customer
  3. Items are to be returned in their original condition (including packaging and tags)
  4. Retain your delivery tracking number until you receive a confirmation email from us indicating that we have received your parcel

Upon receiving your parcel, we will send a confirmation email to you before proceeding to inspect for any discrepancies in the parcel. Please be informed that we have the right not to accept the return item if it is damaged or not in their original condition. We may also choose to deduct an amount from your refund for any loss in value of the item due to inappropriate handing by you. Once the inspection has been completed, we will proceed to exchange or refund your item within 14 days from the day we receive your parcel.      

  • For Exchanges: You are allowed to exchange for either the same item in different colour or design, or exchange for a completely different item from our online store. However, this is subjected to stock availability of the new items that you have chosen. For items with a higher value, you will be required to top-up the difference accordingly. Similarly if the items are of a lower value, Dapper Knight will refund the difference via your original payment method.

  • For Returns: Dapper Knight will issue a refund through your original mode of payment. However, we will not be liable for any additional bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

Items excluded from policy

Please take note that the following items which have been personalised / made-to-order are excluded from the exchange or return policy provided they are found to be faulty or defective.

  1. Card Holders
  2. iPhone Cases
  3. Key Holders
  4. Wallets
  5. Loafers

Defective items

In the unfortunate event that you received a faulty or incorrect item, please kindly follow the above instructions for exchanges and returns. Additionally in your email, you should include details of the defect and attach any corresponding photographs if possible.

Upon receipt of your parcel, we will conduct an inspection to verify the defects as each incident will be handled on a case-to-case basis. Please take note that we strictly do not accept defective items that arises due to mishandling by customers. Once we have confirmed the authenticity of the defective items, we will proceed to process the exchange or refund within 14 days as stated in the policy.
