No, we are currently an online store only.

Why is the colour tone of my product different from the photos that I have seen online?
Dapper Knight puts in dedicated effort to ensure that our photos display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. Please take note that colours may differ slightly due to studio lightings or the calibration settings of your monitor or digital screen.
Which currency do you use?
All prices displayed throughout our website are in Great British Pounds (GBP £).
How do I make an order?
Click on shop or the respective item categories and select your desired item from the product gallery. Input the quantity and any other corresponding options that are available. Once done, click on add to cart. Continue shopping by repeating the steps if required. Click on the shopping cart (top right corner) and a pop up will display a quick summary of all the items that you have added. When you are ready, select view cart and review your orders before clicking on checkout to proceed to delivery and payment details.
What modes of payment do you accept?
Currently, we only accept credit and debit card payments through PayPal. You do not require a PayPal account to make payment as this can be done by selecting the guest checkout option.
*All PayPal transaction charges will be borne fully by Dapper Knight.
Why is there no guest checkout option?
The availability of PayPal guest checkout is determined solely by your local PayPal organisation’s security and risk management policies. PayPal has adopted fraud prevention measures for all transactions hence there may be certain cases whereby PayPal may prevent a customer from using guest checkout in the event they feel that the transaction poses a certain risk.
How will my items be delivered to me?
We deliver all orders to customers through Royal Mail.
Do you provide international shipment?

What are the postage rates?
We provide free interntional delivery service for all orders in the United Kingdom and around the world. For more information, please refer to the Shipping Info section.
How often are the parcels dispatched out from your warehouse?
All orders are processed and dispatched on a daily basis, excluding weekends and public holidays. Dapper Knight processes and dispatches all orders on a daily basis, excluding weekends and public holidays.
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
Dapper Knight conducts an extremely stringent quality control process so as to ensure that every single item has been checked for defects before they are dispatched to our customers. We pride ourselves in providing quality accessories that we endorse personally in our daily life. In an unfortunate event that you received a defective or incorrect item, please kindly send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details of the defect (include photographs if possible). This needs to be done within 14 days starting from the day the parcel was received.
Upon receipt of our return email, you are required to return the items in their original condition (including packaging and tags) within 14 days. Please note that you are advised to use registered postage as Dapper Knight will not be held responsible for any lost mails during the exchange or return process. You need to retain your tracking number until you receive a confirmation email from us stating that we have received your parcel. All return items will be inspected in detail and handled on a case-to-case basis. Upon confirmation on the eligibility of the defects, we will process the exchange or refund within 14 days from the day we receive the parcel. Please kindly note that refund will be issued through your original mode of payment.
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Yes, we do have a 14 days exchange or return policy. You are allowed to exchange for the same item in different design or colour, or exchange for a completely different item – all of which are subjected to stock availability. Similarly, you are also allowed to return the item and request for a refund. You are required to email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for exchange or return within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. You are then required to return the items in their original condition (including packaging and tags) within 14 days from the day you emailed us.
